Why did I think being a customer with Chase for the last 5 years, would mean a fair service at all branches. The other day I walked in for a notary service for a simple consulting agreement. First I was made to wait for nearly 45 mins, next I was told that they cannot notarize a consulting agreement since it might contain a financial agreement. I told him that it is not a terms of payment but a simple unpaid consulting agreement. He blatantly refused to be of any help. Anyway I decided to visit a branch in NYC, where they were glad to help me with this formality. The very day I moved my account away from this branch and into NYC. Please avoid this branch like a bad habit.
