I believe they need more help and better customers service they're lacking customer service you have to wait over an hours to get help.

During open hours, the most you always see is two tellers on 8 available windows in a extremely busy area. Not good! Very bad service!

I have to say this is by far the best BOFA spot ever. Beautiful workers, very helpful, and no stuck up attitudes. Wish that they can offer more on building credit though.
