The lady working here is crazy. dont go there ever or even call. She is damn rude and pathatic she is there just to fight. She dont know how to handle customer and how to talk with other. She is rediculous. I dont wannna give her a single star even. She charged me more than she told me just for no reason. Worst customer service I ever had.

I never write reviews normally but couldn't help myself. The lady in this place is such a unruly bad mouthed person who is so disrespectful to people. She has such a bad body language. Beware of this shop and specially this uneducated human being. Don't waste your time.

Terrible service. The lady is always cranky and picking up fights for petty reasons, even with regular customers she recognize!
I've used the mail services for 2years as it is in convenient location. I think I'm finally done with this place and the lady. Just not worth the hassle dealing with her.

Horrible service. I took pictures and my finger prints. Both came out unacceptable. I had paid them the amount before hand so I hadnt even left the store and i told her my company wont accept these in a very, very polite way and she started yelling and said EXACTLY " i did the pictures and fingerprints, i have nothing to do anymore so can you please leave and stop f*cking irritating me."

I have been coming here for the past 14 years. The owner is very nice and she knows her customers, she is also very personable and does her best to make sure that all her customers get the help that they need. I also rent a box there and to date I have never had anything missing or damaged. This is a great place to take your business.
