Check out my neighbor's Yelp review too. You can't a trust a Facebook review from a business owner's friends.

Carlos, broke the sprinkler head in the 4th floor apartment he was contracted to renovate. Note, its a bright orange pipe so he shouldn't have missed it.

Caused major water damage to apartments below. His insurance premium and thus his prices will increase.

To put it succinctly,
POOR JOB PERFORMANCE HISTORY + HIGH PRICES = AVOID AT ALL COSTS + YOU CAN FIND A BETTER CONTRACTOR
