This place is fast and on point the salesmen rick was extremely nice and kept me up to date on what was going on with my computer i will definitely recommend there services and will be coming back if i ever have computer trouble again

Doesn't open on time
if they say that they will open on weekend mornings at 11, then they should follow up to it.
Waiting outside for more then 15min isn't right, especially for a cartridge that i can get somewhere else . They do have good service, quality, and there pricing is very fair but timing is very important.

Refills leak and extremely over priced and they sell defective cartridges. Happend to me multiple times.
