This review is long overdue, but I brought my PC that I put together myself and I recently put a new cooling fan for my CPU in and it stopped working. I took it to Flash Tech and they fixed it no problem. They even installed new Anti-Virus software on it for cheaper than retail prices. When it was all said and done, they reimbursed me part of my hour deposit and my computer was up to speed. Highly recommend.

Super knowledgeable, friendly and fast. It's great to have a local computer store with people who don't treat you like a luddite and actually care that you're getting the most out of your technology.

Very knowledgeable and very professional. They alert you of possible problems down the road. They are also very honest and do not overcharge you. They kept me informed in detail every step of the way. Very happy with their service and I highly recommend them.

I couldn't be happier with my first experience working with Flash Tech. They absolutely do not charge you for a minute past whatever is 100% necessary to diagnose and remedy, they actually gave me half of my first hour back. I was lucky that there wasn't anything seriously wrong with my computer, besides the fact that is was "Impressively Dustry" and Older than the hills! They are courteous, professional, knowledgable and well respected in the Hoboken community. I highly recommend and will work with them again in the future.

Had a relatively simple hardware problem. I was 99% sure I knew what the problem was, but figured it was better safe than sorry and best to have experts take a look. They assured me that it was a simple fix and discussed various options with me. They also checked out several other things and had the machine fixed in less than a day. Extremely courteous service, and I will absolutely be using them again and recommending them to others.
