Canine Canteen rocks! It has become a local hot spot for dog owners and their beloved pups. It is run by Terri and her 3 beautiful labs that are usually in the store. Terri is so knowledgeable about her products and has even special ordered things for us. She has great prices too - often equivalent or even cheaper than big box pet stores. We buy all of our pet products here now. My dog can't walk by the store without stopping in to say hello.

Exactly what this neighborhood needed. There are lots of families -- and lots of dogs in Paulus Hook. Canine Canteen looks to be the new HUB of activity for me and my dog. The owners obviously care about dogs -- and are extremely knowledgeable. We love going there (all our dogs play together) while I pick up a few treats and toys for my dog JPEG.
