I booked a appointment to dye my hair over the phone everything was okay then i get there and they say they cannot bleach. Despite the fact i have had my hair bleached there before. Also the first time i went to cactus academy they talked behind my back saying things like " oh she can not be black if she is willing to bleach her hair" then i asked for purple hair and i walked out with blue. So either they turn you away or do a bad job.
