Burrito Bar

The foods okay, usually pretty busy. Upstairs has dining.

This place is always packed, but it's worth the wait. Their burritos are very good (the lonely bull is my go-to), and their sangria is one of the better ones I've had on Staten Island. In the spring/summer they have outdoor seating which helps alleviate the wait a bit. Good place to grab some drinks with friends but it's a small bar so it gets crowded fast.

I have been going to Burrito Bar for years. It's not authentic Mexican food. The wings are good. The quesadillas are decent. I really like the margarita but that's me. The service though is going way downhill. The waitress we had today acted like we were cheap when I asked how much something was, and told us that they charge $2 for refills as if we were too broke to pay for a soda. She went on to charge is for a desert that was supposed to be free. The management has to train the staff better and the servers have to have better attitudes.

One bathroom. One. Men and women, one bathroom.. Don't wait until your gave to go before your go. Give yourself about a half hour before you think you need to go.

My friends and I went there on Saturday. HORRIBLE!! The service was horrible, they gave everyone chips, and salsa except for us. There was ants all over the floor. We must have dropped a napkin on the floor it was covered in ants.. We left our food and drinks on the table to go smoke, and when we came back .. the napkin, covered in ants that someone picked up OFF THE FLOOR!! was put in one of our empty glasses on the table. ANTS WERE EVERYWHERE!! they were on my food, on the table, they crawled into my bag.. we asked for a manager several times - We were told that there was no manager on site, and didn't know when there would be one coming in. I asked again for a manager and the hostess came from behind the stand and gave me an attitude. When someone finally came she yelled at us and walked away...i have called several times since then.. and apparently a manager still is not available ... ridiculous!!!!!
