I have review Dunkin' Donuts and I like the coffee and donuts only

I had an incident today that reminds me why i would much rather make coffee at home or go to starbucks...i had a coupon for 50 munchkins get 25 free...as i had an issue with my debit card i let the two female employees helping me know that i didn't want the jelly munchkins and that it would only take 2 minutes to fix the issue with my card ...1 minute later all was fixed the transaction approved i tipped them a dollar for my error and appologized. More customers came in, the cashier gave me my receipt and charged me for 2-50 count munchkins box to include 1-25 count munchkins box. I realized it as i read over my receipt wondering how 7.99 changed into 23.14. I saw the error and attempted to grab the attention of the employee but was visually ignored, i waited patiently for another 3 minutes before the same employee came over to ask me what the issue was. I explained the error and she saw the mistake and spoke to her supervisor who in turn agreed but because the line and the drive thru was busy the over-paid supervisor neglected my 1 minute void transaction to tend to the other customers. I waited another 6 minutes for her to remember the transaction then it took her another 2 minutes to process the transaction that includes her agreeing i was way overcharged i got a simple i'm sorry and my card was swiped and she walked away. I waited about another 3 minutes for a receipt that was not given to me in my hand but did receive frustrated looks from their barely speaking english staff. I'm not trying to be inappropriate or unruly but i even tipped their staff a dollar before the whole thing went down and yet still i received poor customer service. I personally worked at starbucks for years during college and wondered why people would buy cheap coffee for crappy treatment. They should teach their staff better customer service skills and enforce it, the same treatment you give to a regular should be given to a casual customer thats to include service recovery, i believe you should try even harder to please the customer during service recovery considering it was your mistake and a waste of the customers time. Just because your coffee is cheap doesn't mean you should compromise on your service, you should be happy that out of all the dunkin donuts that are in staten Island you were the one that person chose that day...just because your company doesn't pay you enough to serve your "delicious" coffee doesn't mean you can ruin someone elses moment because of how crappy it is working there...no one forced you to take the job, you do have alternatives like : mcdonalds, burger king, wendys, white castle etc... best thing about that is that they're all within the same 5 block radius as that dunkin donuts and you will change your atmosphere.
