Burger UrWay

This place is the worst customer service ever!!!!!! I placed a simple on-line order for Jerk Grilled Chicken Spinach Wrap with combo Sweet Potato Fries & Pepsi, Chicken & Waffles and Battered Tilapia Fish Burger for delivery. The Sweet Potato Fries & Pepsi combo was missing. I called Burgerurway at 1846 East New York Ave and spoke with Es***d to let him know, and all I got was excuses and lies, and on top of that, I was given the Grubhub number, the wrong company to make my complaint. Grubhub had no idea what I was talking about, and made a 3-way call with him. He should have given me the number for Eat24. Unfortunately for me, on the 3rd call to Burgerurway, I spoke with a different guy, who is worst then Es***d. He was disrespectful, rude, unprofessional, arrogant, impatient, lacked courtesy & confused. These two people were an absolute nightmare & disgrace, and should never work in customer service. No paying customer should ever be treated like that! Just despicable!!!!! If you value & appreciate decent customer service, do not spend your money there. This happened on Tuesday, 2/16/2016 @ 8:51pm.

Good burgers but they need to change whoever is doing the delivery, there is no reason why my food took over 45 mins after the delivery time to get to me. #dobetter #firethatass #yougonlosebusiness

Greatest Salmon Burger with all the fixins!

This place isn't a diamond in the rough....it's the polished diamond!! Excellent salmon burger! Courteous staff and quick service. We've added it to our favorite places to eat list!!!
