Budget Car Rental

The service is okay but they have good new vehicles. Although the line of getting the car will be pretty long, I suggest you to go early as possible. And when you get your vehicle, they wont mention that vehicle is for you. You have to look at the license plate and find it. So just get in and drive away. Lol They will check if its ur vehicle at end of the entrance.

Worst car rental service ever experienced. First of all, the shuttle from the airport (LGA) took over 30 minutes to arrive. I saw multiple shuttles for multiple companies do their loop several times before seeing a Budget one.

Second, tried pick up reservation, Saturday morning. Line was out the door and I had an important event (wedding). I could not wait for the 20 people in front of me to finish at a rate of about 10 minutes per customer. I then tried to get my rental later in the afternoon and yet again, line out of the door, only 2 people processing customers, at again 5-10 minutes per customer. People have other plans than spending hours at a car rental location on line. Management should know that lines are long on weekends (especially a Saturday) and properly staff the location. Will never rent from them again. Cancelled my reservation and got charged $150. No car, wasted time on lines, wasted energy, and lost money.

Awesome experience overall! The location was easy to get to, the staff was friendly, and the cars are clean. It was my first time renting with Budget and I was surprised by the good selection of cars and affordable prices. I will definitely rent with Budget again.
