Very POOR Customer service!
My mother is a breast cancer survivor, and Bra Smyth is one of the only few places where you can buy a bra with a prosthesis in the city. But to our surprise no help! There were 3 sales girls in the store on a Friday at 5:15 PM; they already have her measurements on file due to previous purchases, but the rude sales girl said, “The lady that sells the prosthetic bras is not here. I can only sell you regular bras.” Well, if she was comfortable in “regular bras”, we would not buy them there!
