I bought some shoe cleaner that the sales rep recommended and it messed my shoes up. I was rather upset and expected to have to fight the managers, but they gave me a reasonable credit for the age of my shoes and returned the cleaner with no hassle. Good manager at this location. Good prices and variety. Definitely recommend.

This store doesnt sell good quality products! couple times now i have bought shoes that after taking them home noticed that they are defective. Fed up bringing them back again!! Dont buy from here

Lapin and I came here to purchase new dressy shoes for him. The staff was polite and helpful. And, the store wasn't very crowded even on a Saturday afternoon. This location, unlike, the Union Square one had many more options for him to choose from. Maybe a bit too much...he left with 6 pairs of shoes and a vow to get 2 more because he couldn't carry them home that day.
