Box Fit Muay Thai

I have been training at Box Fit with Andrew for three years. Each training session is simply better than the next. The vibe on the "Mats" is always positive, fresh, motivating and encouraging. Box Fit has changed my mental game when it comes to training and working out...being able to work through the "pain" and push out a few more sets, work the pads another few rounds or sparring just a little longer than last time. Nothing beats that feeling you have when you walk out the door after your day at Box Fit, you feel like a Rock Star!

I am really lucky to have made the decision to join Box Fit. I have exercised in the past and I have seen small results, but this time I truly feel it is an all encompassing experience; mind, body, spirit. Over the past couple of years I have made some significant changes in my life with the most important change being to take care of myself.

I am fortunate to have met trainers that encompass similar life practices. Motivating, attention to detail in form and efficiency, as well as igniting that inner fire and passion to be the best we can be. Box Fit has been a great tool to my personal transformation!

Box Fit has encouraged me to embrace my inner self first for the person I am in the present moment, and it has given me the decision making tools to eat healthy, take care of my body and continue on a positive path creating new goals and new experiences. Having my Box Fit family and doing these things has actually resulted in closer, more positive relationships with my family and friends and has also brought others into my life that are also on similar paths.

Box Fit Muay Thai is an amazing way to get in shape and relieve stress at the same time. The instructors will not only teach you proper technique but will push your body to it's limit. I started with the essentials package which was a great decision.Since then I have been telling all my friends and co-workers about it. My skill level is beginner but Andrew made me feel super comfortable since day 1. Everyone there is really nice actually. I advise everybody to just go down and see what it's all about. It's almost beach season people!

Joining Box Fit Muay Thai was the best decision I've made in a long time. I was a little intimidated before I started because I had never done anything like this before. But Andrew and his team meet you at your level and help you get better every day. It's fun, you work out with great people and it's excellent for stress reduction. I always leave class feeling great. AND - my jeans fit better too.
