They charged me a late fee for multiple months despite the fact that I had frozen my membership because of a sprained ankle and had taken a doctors note. When I went back, they said I owe them several hundred dollars and they said they have no record of my doctors letter! Unbelievable. I'm never coming back

Dishonest and rude staff.mislead me in order to sign up,when i asked about the staff member who signed me in ,got a run around,then she was no longer there. when they double charged my CC more than once,i couldn't get them to return the $ until my bank got involved. corporate office is far worse. worst customer service experience you can imagine . between the corporate office and the club they make your head spin.... I DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH THAT AT ALL.

My wife and I have been members for close to 3 years and this gym has gotten progressively worse throughout the years. I'll start with the good.

Pros: Full set of weights and equipment from beginner to serious lifters. Strength equipment is usually in good working order. Pool area is great. Hot tub, steam room and sauna always in good working order and are well kept. Kids club and staff are great.

Cons: The gym is ALWAYS a complete and utter mess, no matter the time of day. Weights/Plates are all over the place. Management NEVER enforces the re-rack etiquette. Dumbbells are rarely in order and sometimes one of them is completely missing. Numerous cardio equipment is out of order at any given time. The gym only has two squat racks, which is not enough for a gym of this size. Bathrooms are overused and unkept, sometimes even dirty. The shower has a constant 'sewage' smell. Locker rooms are very small for the size of the gym and everyone is constantly on top of each other to get dressed.

If it was not for the good staff at the kids club and quality of the pool/hot tub area, I would have cancelled my membership long ago.

Not cool was just there. Signed up for a pass to check out the facility. Suppose to be a free day pass. When Google directed me here they said it was past 5 miles from my residence which is only 20 minutes. I was informed there was a $25 charge because of the distance from my residence. I work in the area. Will report to Consumer Protection Agency. Policy should be more clear. I wonder if this is how they treat all their potential gym members, horrible!

Waiting 8 weeks for them to replace the shower curtain on the handicapped women's shower stall. Eight weeks!!! It is humiliating to shower safely and keep your dignity if you are a handicapped woman at this gym. Also they do not have enough water weights in each weight class for aqua classes. The weights they do have are either broken and/or mold infested. The gym is not as well kept as it used to be. No more clean and clear water. Nowadays, the water is so murky you feel as if you are swimming in split pea soup. Yuck!
