Rude counter workers. Limited disability access. My mom waited over a half hour for someone to come activate the lift so she could get upstairs.

Made a reservation online for our after-school kids to go bowling over winter recess.

Communication with our "booking agent?" Casey was great she even stayed back past her shift the night before to accommodate us and our busy schedule.

On site service was great from signing in and getting our shoes to shutting down the lane and returning the shoes.
