We were looking for men's billfolds. Knowing that this is the New York flagship with possibly more choices, we asked for special editions but couldn't find the right one. After we said "we'll think about it", the store assistant had the nerve to say: "thank you gentlemen, there's an exit right behind you".

Uh, excuse me, just what kind of service is that? We haven't even seen the entire store yet. Whether he meant it or not, I do not think this store had provided enough training to its staff on what words mean, and when to say it. Goodbye BV, I will never ever purchase anything from you and I will let all my friends know this experience.

These idiots don't even ask for an identification document on a credit card purchase of $3000. That's being dishonest in my opinion because it tells that you don't care whether a criminal act is taking place in your store, you just care about the money you are cashing. My credit card was cloned, unfortunately, and the criminals came to this store to make the $3000 purchase. A simple question, asking for an ID, would have avoided that and trouble to me. How come you don't ask for an ID for a $3000 purchase? It actually makes me suspicious.

I love Bottega Veneta handbags! Shopping at the 5th ave store is always a great experience. The customer service is excellent - I wish I could own MORE BV products!

Beautiful merchandise. This is the perfect example of luxury brands. The leather is soft and breathe taking. The service is horrible which is unfortunate. Never call the store because they never answer. When they did, an employee took down my info because they were busy and never called me back.
