- Terrible #166717
Terrible customer service. Ordered dress weeks ago online, bank account was debited, no response re: delivery time, no response to multiple emails.. This is a small New York store... What could be the reason for not responding to customer inquiry? Is this any way to run a business?
Do I need to go the legal route? BUYER BEWARE.
