I walked into Hugo Boss at Roosevelt Field Mall today 6/16/13 at 11:30 am to buy a gift for my husband for fathers day. I walked in and was not greeted by anyone, there was a young blonde employee in the front and I noticed the manager who walked by me three times without acknowledging me. I stood by the men shirts on the back for almost five minutes without anyone coming to to me and asking if I needed any help. I finally reached out to a young man named Jonathan and complained to him about my dissatisfaction and poor service. He immediately apologized and he went above and beyond to try and meet all of my expectations. To my disappointment the manager tried to make up for what she had done by trying to be pleasant towards the end, but she never apologized for her poor customer service. Customer service to me as a customer is extremely important and especially when walking into a high end and very reputable store like Hugo Boss and unfortunately I did not experience that today. I will not be shopping there again.
