I was there for 1 workout, during my holidays in New York. 18$ for a singel training is not that cheap. The gym is realy small but with nice old mashines and bars equiped. Super kind and friendly staff. Good place for a workout for travelers ;)

I love to take street Zumba with Michele. It is so much fun!!! I have been going to this place for years.

A steep climb up three floors is worth it for the great teachers .

I have taken classes here on and off over the last few years, mostly during the cold winter months. Living in the neighborhood, it is a great place to get a workout nearby. The new Wednesday night and Saturday night spin instructor, Emily has been amazing. Her classes are fast-paced, great workouts, and her attitude is great. Definitely some of the best spin classes I have ever been too. Highly recommend.
