Kingsway Gym

to every gym there are pros and cons however i can honestly say kingsway is the best gym that ive been part of. the most important thing that i have noticed and what makes a gym great not only good is the trainer that you choose this is the single most important factor. every gym has good trainers and bad so does kingsway however there is one trainer out of them all that hands down is head n shoulders above the rest that ive seen.his name is Darryl. if your just starting or a pro u will not go wrong with Darryl.
