If i could click 1/8 of a star I would!!! If only i could post photos! I have a question should a leather couch (not bonded leather) be peeling and cracking after only 2 years????
My husband and I are extremely disappointed in this furniture!! Within 2 1/2 years of owning our couch and love seat both peices began to crack in the same area. When I called to make a claim because we purchased the goof proof we were told it was normal wear and tear. Really! A month later the love seat recliner came off track and began to tear the leather underneath everytime it was raised.
Well they "repaired" the recliner but left the leather damaged? Why? Goof proof my foot!!
After discussing this with a coworker low and behold her furniture is cracking and peeling in the same area. We both used the leather cleanser/conditioner (purchased from Bobs) however it did not prevent the damage.
We also purchased a bedroom set which we are very pleased with. The furniture is sturdy and still looks great. I am venting on this open forum because I have made formal complaints but at this time it is unresolved and I am very discussed with the customer service as well as the man they sent to repair the couch (thats another story).

Don't order anything from bobs. Better off spending a little extra from so.ewhere else. These guys didn't even give me a heads up they were coming to deliver the items. I purchased a lot of things and the chest came damaged. I told the delivery guy to take it and he said he will not take it back. They wanted me to keep the damaged chest and on my own expense call customer service to come and fix it rather than give me a new chest. When I called customer service, they gave me attitude and stated that they would first have to here from there driver and I would have to get back in touch with them to see what they can do. I called the store, they said they cannot do absolutely anything, that they have no control after the order is placed. So after arguing with the driver that I will not sign the paper and after he said he doesn't care if I sign it or not, he finally took it back. I then called the store and asked for a refund since the item was not delivered instead of going through the whole ordeal with their customer service. My BOBS discount is very cheap and so are their products that are very cheaply made. Oh by the way, do not get the warranty because they do not honor that at all. If they can't replace a damaged item discovered on the delivery date imagine, what they would do if you called them for damaged item that is supposed to be covered by your warranty. Hope this helped you guys out.

The store is nicely laid out and in a great/convenient shopping location. The selection is great due to the Large retail space. Sales team does not make their interactions seem natural, instead it feels like they're just trying to get the sale instead of being helpful. Most people do not like being followed or stared at while shopping...3 Stars bc of the awkwardness of the staff.

I purchased a leather couch with 2 electric recliners. After 2 months a recliner went out. I filed for warranty service which I paid an additional $100 for. A week later a service person visited my home. He said the motor was out and a new one would be sent from China in about 5 weeks via FedEx. The motor arrived six weeks later and I called Bobs for installation. A week later a second service person visited my home. The motor was installed and the problem was the same. Not the motor. I was offered a replacement but the model was no longer available. Only 2 other models fit into my doorway. Those would not do for us with children. So I asked for a third work order. A week later I was told the the entire metal assembly was bent and needed to be replaced. Seven weeks later I received an 80 pound box from Beijing China. The metal frame was sticking out of the box in seven different places. When the tech visited, he said the frame was bent. Another seven weeks passed and we received a second frame. It was installed and the problem was still there! The tech said he believed a tooth on the flywheel was broken. So they ordered a flywheel.
To shorten a longer story, after 8 months and 6 failed attempt to fix the recliner, I finally took the replacement for a couch that didn't appeal to use entirely. It was cloth not leather. With 2 children ages 4 and 2, it is only a matter of time before disaster happens.
Bottom line: Bob's Tech's don't know what they are doing; warranty is a waste of time and money.
