Don't ever try to get anything cut here. Not an exaggeration, I've been waiting 10 minutes to get it aboard cut, and still no one is there anybody in the lumber or a room is there anybody in lumbar could could you call I've been with literally waiting 10 minutes just to get one piece of wood cut continued thank you I appreciate that. Ha, that was my phone hearing my plead to an associate! That literally happened.

Really helpful and friendly service in florring section, time and time again, especially around Christmas time! I will likely to shop at this location for my future window replacement needs as well.

Customer service is terrible. If you need a little assistance go to Rockaway location (5 Stars...great help...better product selection for home)

It is important that whenever a store manager approaches a customer who has entered their business seeking assistance and that store manager takes down your name, number, and then proceeds to promise that your problem will not only be solved (since the shipment was wrong in the first place) but also he will see to it that his assistant follow up AND an entirely new order will be placed on the customer's behalf with no additional charges given the hardship....that the manager who flew in as Superman a werk ago make good on the promises. At the very least Jason, follow up or make sure Wendy follows up because one bad experience turns into another with failure to give a customer courtesy call and help them the way you claimed you would at the time. This is especially important when the customer merely wanted the missing brackets for her blinds and you promise a new order and nothing transpires at the end of the day. Don't make lofty promises but do follow up out of common courtesy and respect for customers who just want what they paid for, nothing more, nothing less.

Benny, Mike, and Steve from the Building Materials department are amazing! I went in hoping to get an idea of how I could convert plain wood planks into bed slats to replace my existing ones. They took their time to understand what I needed, found the correct pieces of wood and hardware, measured, cut, drilled, and created exactly what I needed. They were patient, friendly, and funny. Thank you, the slats fit perfectly!!!
