The WORST BULLSHIT! Signed the paperwork and as soon as i drove off the oil pressure dropped. havent seen my "New Used" since the 3 days ive driven it! thats been 2 weeks ago....pure bullshit! Sweet talkers all around! BULLSHIT STAY AWAY from this place ESPECIALLY if youre a new yorker!

Thank you very much for giving the best experience in purchasing an amazing used BMW 7 series. Loved the customer service, had a really honest sales person and finance manager I have ever dealt with! Got 2011 BMW 750i, very clean, very smooth and was truly amazed by the condition and terms of financing. RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 100000%!!! These guys are real deal!

Mickey did a great job in helping me get into a 2013 Camry. I really appreciated his help in guiding me through the process of getting my first car. He even picked me up from the train station because I didn't have any way to get to the dealership prior to getting the car. The entire experience was exactly what I needed as a first time buyer.

This dealer Ed is the most annoying and disrespectful dealer I've ever come across. From the moment I stepped foot in the dealership to check the car out, Ed was asking questions about my personal finances and how I was going to pay for the car, before I had even seen the vehicle. When I told him not to worry about all of that until we had seen the car, he said that he doesn't want me to waste his time if I'm not a serious buyer. When we eventually saw the car, it was parked in the back of the lot, with rust all over it and the window was broken. Even after seeing the car in this condition, his next question was still how much I was leaving for a deposit, without even being able to sit in the car because of the problem with the window. A week later they had called me to come back as they had fixed the window and it was ready for a test drive. After driving it, we sat to discuss the numbers. After originally pricing the car at $12,800, Ed was able to come up with about $6,000 in dealer fees. When I tried negotiating the price back to a reasonable price, he told me to have a good day and I left. I wish this was my last contact with Rd and BM Motors but I unfortunately had to deal with one more phone call from Ed the week later where I'm assuming he tried calling me back about the G37. I missed the call unfortunately but I was very much looking forward to telling him that I was able to get myself into a different Infiniti G37 at a better price with a much more accommodating and honest dealer. Do not go to BM motors and if you do, please avoid Ed for your own good.

Great customer service, wide selection of quality cars, had please of working with finance manager Michael who took his time to explain all the details of bank offerings. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase their dream car or first ever automobile. I was surprised to see an amazing combination of price and quality. They don't even look like a used car dealer. Amazing showroom, and unlimited amount of high grade cars.
