Bloomers was supposed deliver flowers today for my birthday. They attempted to deliver them yesterday at 2pm and I was not home.
Update....I spoke to the owner today who apologized for the missed delivery. I asked if I could be the first stop today and she set it up. My flowers just arrived and they are lovely.

Our friends ordered gift basket for us which we never received presumably because someone took it form our door steps while i was in the hospital having my baby. Sender called the florist and florist sent another basket and an extra small basket from them and a hand written note. This small gesture and a personal touch was very much appreciated. Good business. A+
