I am quite surprised at the review of Dani S. and find it to be entirely without merit. Bruce, the proprietor, has always been courteous and helpful anytime that I have visited the store. Additionally, he framed my law degree and my court admission certificate that I received when I was admitted to the bar and did a superb job.

I do not usually leave bad reviews, it is just not my style, but I am thinking maybe this place might do better with some feedback...
So, the two times I have walked into this smelly, disorganized shop I wonder why they even offer service. That is my second question, the first is, what do they actually provide here? Since the place is not really organized in a way that seems clear or even honest you really are clueless as to what they are doing in this cramped den. And they are pretty damn rude acting as if you are bothering them with questions when you say things like: Do you box and ship here?
The place smells like their left over lunch, today it was pizza. It is dingy and crowded and offer nothing attractive to even ponder purchasing or upselling... The woman (is it his mother?) snarls at you as you walk in, while the bald man ignores you only giving you a side glance as if to say, ya bother me.
I have been here twice, to give them a second chance and there is no strike three for them. Plus, I see that there is another review along the same lines as my observations but for printing. So, I added this little bit on.
Plus, after fedex bent a piece of art that i was going to ship i am just thinking is it worth it at all to use this company? They do not even have convenient locations...
UPS is looking pretty good to me.

I am a graphic designer and have print jobs on a regular basis. I sometimes have to go to a Kinkos type copy center because it is more convenient then going to my normal printers. I had a couple jobs to do and since Kinkos closed down I found Blinkos when I Googled for the closest copy center. These jobs were fairly small, just a saddle stitched booklet and just some black and white copies.
After I had approved the booklet and picked them up I noticed that my saddle-stitched booklet was only stapled once, not twice. My client also noticed this. When I confronted Bruce (whom I suspect is the owner) he got quite angry and said “that is how we do it here.” I personally have done many of these booklets, they tend to be popular because of how easy and cheap they are to produce. He offered to redo the project but I politely declined since my client needed them that day. I also said that if this is the standard for Blinkos that I can no longer do this type of job with him. He began to get angry and told me to “shut the F--k up!” and to “stop being a bitch!” A grown man was cursing at me, a 24-year-old female. When I told him I don’t feel comfortable with him speaking to me like this he told me to “call the cops.” This man is a horrible businessperson and his behavior is inexcusable.
You should not do business with him. He charges obscenely high prices for simple jobs. His clients, unfortunately, don’t know any better. They even stood there while he cursed at me, I assume they only use him because of how close it is. Hopefully Fed Ex will see what kind of person is representing them in Roslyn and take away his privileges of shipping with them and open up a small Kinkos instead of “Blinkos”!!
