I dealt with Raymond and he was very professional.He did not pressure me at all but was very informative. They provided bank financing and the paperwork was all in order.very good experience and the stayed an hour past closing for me.

I am happy to say that my mother bought a Nissan Rogue and it has not given her any problems. My boyfriend, which happens to be a mechanic was impressed with the condition of their cars and also bought an Acura TSX a few months after my mom. I would buy there again for three reasons, both cars were in the condition he described, we were not pressured and he made us feel very comfortable. I would recommend them.

Recently visited this dealership. I believe I was dealing with one of the owners but not quite sure. I was treated like a family friend! No pressure, easy to deal with. Unfortunately I was not able to find the exact car I wanted because it had been sold but I did hold off on purchasing elsewhere because I want to make sure I give them my business.

I trade in and buy a new car every few years and shop all over the tri state area. I was very impressed with the outstanding customer service at Bergen Car Co. Fares, the owner stands behind all of his cars and I was amazed at the interest rate and finance deal that I got! He was very accommodating and professional. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I LOVE my car and will without a doubt come back and refer my friends n family!
