- Excellent #165394

Raw brick walls and friendly staff. Most importantly BEST BAGELS IN NYC. Variation on flavors but they do not take suggestions :/ nonetheless bagels are so fresh its worth the trip

I was just there and the Indian man behind the counter was extremely rude to me. He overcharged me for my sandwich and when I tried to question the charges with my order he got an attitude and told me I was holding up the line. He misunderstood what I wanted and tried to embarrass me in front of the other customers. This is not the first time I have been overcharged for an order. My other coworkers have had similar experiences. I would advise customers to check the prices when they receive their order. I am not going back there. The customer service is not very good
