Rite Aid Pharmacy

Didn't like anything about , apparently it's common practice for the pharmacist or the techs to not pick up the phone after 5 pm. I walked in because I had been trying to call I. For refills all day. When I got on the line it was reaching all the way into aisle 14. So I decided to call again and again I could hear the pages from the front end asking the pharmacy to pick up the line and every single time I could see the pharmacist put the phone ringer off as all 3 thecnitians walk pass as if the phone was not q concern at all. As far as the front end the merchandise in seasonal aisle is poor. Their plan o gram labels are off spaces, the prices don't reflect what rings as the register. I would say that the best thing about this store is that it's poor appearance reflects it poor front end and pharmacy service.

Great customer service. Very clean and very quick answering the phone too. I live far but I don't mund traveling for quality n service.
