Had roast pig taste good different from Dominican roast pig that I had in Dominican republic taste just like roast pig I had in samar philippines

This place does not live up to the hype Andrew Zimmerman might have presented on his show. The Cebu platter was dry and flavorless. The fat is rendered away over the pits. I'd go elsewhere for lechon.
This place is cash only. There's no indoor dining area. I don't think there's a bathroom for you to use as well.

About time Jersey City had some real food! Unique recipe and yummy smokey bbq flavor
Sweet potatoes and Cole Slaw OMG!!! Best Kept Secret In Jersey City and will deliver locally!!

Best BBQ I've had in JC or NY in a long time...Just opened a few days ago, Today is May 10th 2010. Had the pulled pork, brisket, and chopped meat which is like brisket sloppy joe. I got the 2 choice platter for $14 with 2 sides, cole slaw and mac n cheese. Everything was excellent and good service. The location is off the beaten path but worth the effort. They are starting delivery service but I picked up which is no problem. You're best bet is to call ahead, things are made fresh and if you go there you may way 20 min or more for what you really want.
This is a must eat place in JC, I will definitely be back.
