horrible, bought a battery for my motorcycle went bad 1 year 1 month and they would not warrantee, upsold me to one with a 2yr warrantee. I bought 2 of them one as a spar. They went dead after a year brought the one in they will not warrantee told me voltage was to low! Yes that is the issue and it was about a year old in warrantee. They refused to replace but would be happy to sell me a new one. Next I pulled the spare out, still new in box out and it also didn't work. This is 3 motorcycle batteries that have dies in a year that they refuse to warrantee one was never even installed.
Also bought batteries for my kids power wheels there batteries where week after 6 months brought back and they would not warrantee told me I had to ship them to power wheels and they only sold them and after 30 days I was on my own. Total BS I could of purchased all these batteries off the web for less if I wanted bad customer service and no warrantee.
