Everyone always says good morning or good afternoon even security!
Once a teller asked me for my bank information just for a roll of quarters and I was exchanging with cash, that was annoying and idiotic.
Sometimes there are really long lines and not enough bank tellers but for the most part people are friendly and resolve issues as soon as they can.

Chronically understaffed. You'll see 4 people walking around, refusing to be a teller to help. Meanwhile, I waited half an hour to deposit a check into a friend's account.

Customer service is getting worset every time i visit this branch.

This is a very difficult branch to deal with. Their customer service is close to ZERO. I have no issues with other branches, but this one is extremely difficult. I would suggest that you stay away from this one. I have been dealing with BOA for years. This branch makes you feel like they don't care about your business.
