Their toaster doesn't work, my bagels are never toasted lol. Their lox spread has not a single sliver of lox in it. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Good but not great, most of the employees hate life, so, don't expect a great service from many of them. If you want food at 3am this is a good option.

The service here is terrible. The place is mismanaged and dirty while the employees are rude and seem to be constantly flustered. Only saving grace is they make a pretty good bagel; although not the best I've ever had.

THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED! i grew up in hoboken and recently moved to San Diego, i came home for my first visit since i moved and all i wanted was a bagel. i ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a TOASTED bagel. i noticed as the bagel was being assembled that it was not toasted so i asked the man making it politely to toast it please. it was the biggest issue that he now had to toast it. told me that i never told him that (repeatedly) i got so offended that i walked out... AS THE MAN WAS CURSING ME OUT. too many options in town to support this terrible place.
