The nicest and hardest working owner Sonia knows everyone in the neighborhood and will never forget your order. Istana has a fantastic chef who will customize according to your taste and makes everything fresh to order. It is the best sushi in Hoboken whether for delivery, takeout, or eating in.

I have ordered from Istana for a few years now a couple times a month. I'm never disappointed. Delicious Chinese and terrific Sushi. Delivery is FAST! Surprisingly fast! Prices are fair and the product is always fresh. The owner is terrific - she actually knows my voice when I call. Thanks for taking all my last minute orders.

Best sushi in the area with an ultra polite staff and very fair pricing.

The restaurant itself is small and isn't somewhere i'd bring a date - but it's obvious they focus more on their food and I would never get delivery from anywhere else.

My sushi favorites: Angel Roll, Triple Dragon Roll, Chirashi Dinner Special
