I used autoland for several years for toyotta highlander oil changes ,in fact I received bad service and the service manager offered free detailing .Every time I tried to use it ,and was never able too,because they didn't have anyone to do it or some other reason
My last oil change they told I need brakes,I called and asked what the cost was at there shop ,since they had the info on the computer.knowing dealerships I called two different times ,I was told 525.00 and the second time 625. For the same work they tried to charge 995. For the work I called two times
I had a coupon 20% of the work brought it down 695.00. I think this was false pretense on the behalf of autoland. I could of gone to my own mechanic and it would be less by atleat 150. Someone was bs me.

The service at Autoland Toyota is really great: never wait, deal with competent and nice people, have a nice waiting room where I can work, and never get the feeling they are trying to sell you something you don't need. This is not your usual service. Thumbs up.

So far our experience was good, we bought 2 2015 Toyota Highlanders, the only place we could find them in stock according to our needs and color, we went to 5 other delarships and nobody had it in the stock(hot selling SUV). When we reached auto land Springfield, we met Ralph(one of the great salesman) gave us the best deal and and we finally accepted the offer(what we have in our mind), then Steve the loan originator guy, he helped us to lower our monthly payments for the loan and gave us extra warranty on our cars. Overall the best experience with best price and rates. I totally recommend them... Best guys with the great inventory,...thx

The hole experience was a disaster . We went and reached a deal. After we have reached a deal when we where ready to sign they changed the deal. The manager kept on saying meet me half way after we had reached a deal. I hate playing games. I would never go back again.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I am a professional firefighter. My experience with your company was very disappointing to say the least. Not because of the service done to my car, but the way all other services involving my car were handled. My 2013 Dodge Avenger needed a new engine, radiator, heater core and ALL the hose replaced!
When I brought my car in to Autoland, on Route 22 in Springfield for an issue with the engine, i was told it was under warranty with and that my extended warranty through Enterprise should cover it. I left my car, with service associate T.H., and waited for an hour to try and get a ride by my own means until i asked another associate if there was somewhere i could charge my phone. I ended up telling the associate why i was there and they finally informed me i could get a ride from the shuttle Autoland provides (Wish i would have known that once i left my car).
T.H. said i would have to go through my extended warranty. Enterprise. to get a rental car. Enterprise had to wait until one of their associates checked the car first to see if it would be covered before they would give me a rental(This took four days). I had to wait three hours for the Autoland shuttle to pick me up to go home.
Four days later the rental ended up being covered by Enterprise warranty and also by Chrysler warranty(No fault of mine that their fairly new car malfunctioned, cool) I also was not told i would be able to use a courtesy car from Autoland for the time my car will be in the shop. When i finally found out about the courtesy car it was 12 days after i had already paid for a rental car out of my own pocket. I was told there were no courtesy cars available for me even though i called three different days. When i tried to get reimbursed for coming out of pocket for a rental i was told i could not because i did not ask to get a courtesy car the day i dropped my car off. My issue is if Autoland would have given me the courtesy car when i first brought my car in the rental would have been covered. I can not understand why I am coming out of my pocket for an issues with my car that are not my fault and are cover by warranty. I was inconvenienced and left without a car for 18 days, 6 of which were without a rental car.
