Very,very bad service.employees do not understand what they do,cheat customers,manager robot,do not advise anyone,just spend my nerves.

Absolutely awful. The store manager was rude to me, even with an AT&T rep on the phone confirming what I was saying. I had my 10 year old niece with me and even her blood was boiling over the manager's obvious discussion of "how stupid these people are" to other reps who gave sideways looks to us in an apologetic manner. Disgusting. Reported him directly to AT&T as being the worst person I've ever dealt with on the floor of any store, ever.

If I could give 0 stars - best believe I would.
The people who work here are the most arrogant, self centered and rude sales associates I’ve ever dealt with (I really don’t know how they have jobs still) you walk in the store and have to BEG and wait hours to be helped. Disgusting service here, my dog has better manners than these people - seriously stay far away from this AT&T location.

Worst ATT store I have had the displeasure of visiting, the store reps couldn't have cared less that I had come in for help. Told me I needed to call ATT for service after ATT told me to go into any store to have my phone checked to make sure it wasnt an equipment problem. Rude, don't go here. Drive, take the bus, walk to a different ATT store.
