Practically the only Starbucks near Brighton but in a busy area. The Baristas are super nice and try on some level to get to know you personally if you are a regular. They make the drinks really tasty. Although, they do run out of popular drinks quite often. This Place also has a bunch of seating too. They have the bar stool style seat, regular table seating, and in the back, some secluded seating with one side being like a booth style seats. Sometimes when you go in, it can be really really packed, and other times, you could end up being the first in line the second you walk in. Overall, a pretty great Starbucks compared to some other ones I've been to in the past.

I have to warn people. Even though the staff is very friendly and always courteous, the place has turned into something drug addicts use (bathroom to shoot up). I was there January 1st morning and saw at least people nodding off behind tables. Administrators of the place need to take measures

Very bad extremely unprofessional unwilling to work and treat customers. I was there last night ,I paid for cookies and I was waiting for my tea ,and one of the girl asked me if I paid for the cookies just because I was wearing Pakistani dress and a Muslim white hat. Never going back there.

Obviously baristas here have no idea of what customer service is. And apparently they believe that is ok to give wrong drink to the customer as long as they say "that's exactly what you ordered".
If you wanna pay for someone being rude to you and get "what they feeling like making" instead of "what you're feeling like drinking" than that's perfect place to go
