First of all they do not open on time, I go to school and work I expect a place to be open the time they post that they will be, not 20 minutes after! Buuut, here's my real problem, they are awful please nobody waste your time here. I'm usually not the type of person to take time out my day to make negative reviews but this was just unacceptable. I ordered a phone case on 8/25/15 in the store to be delivered to the stores location. I was told it would be shipped over night. It was not. I waited a week to go back to the store and see and it STILL wasn't there. After another few days of being bullsh*tted quite frankly I just asked for my order to be cancelled and to be refunded for my purchase. I was told to call 611, try to cancel the order myself, and/or "come back another time". I have probably been to the store maybe 7 times over this issue. It is the 28th of September and I have yet to receive a case and or my money back. I have been corresponding with them for over a month and this issue has not been resolved. They are very unprofessional and apathetic towards helping their customers. Please Please PLEASE do not even bother wasting your time here go further down and go to the one on Bdway.
