Kings Pharmacy

The pharmacists are very helpful and the people who work in the store too.

My mother is 90 years old and I've had to contact Kings Pharmacy many times regarding her prescriptions... and they've always been VERY professional and helpful.

I find their staff to be friendly and I'm able to get pretty much anything I need when I go into their store. I don't know what the bad reviews are about but they don't reflect my dealings with their store or pharmacy and my mother tells me that they're terrific and that she's had all sorts of problems with Duane Reade.

They are also very helpful in setting up specific times of the day for medication delivers or anything else for that matter.

I just called, gave my RX#'s and the person just hung up the phone... She didn't say thank you, or tell me when my prescription would be ready. Unfortunately, I have to call again to get that information... Horrible customer service!

Its a crap shoot whether they get it right. I also have to follow up on whether it actually gets delivered as sometimes I call in a refill in the morning and when its not there by the end of the day I have to call them to chase it down. Advice to the brave- make sure they tell you they have a drug in stock before you commit to having it filled there. They wont bother to tell you if they dont have it or its "late" coming in until its too late to get it filled elsewhere...

ive never had anyone be so rude to me like this pharmacist that I spoke to was when I called them to ask a legitimate question. im very surprised that with service like that they are still in business. ai wish I could give a lower rating because 1 star is too good for them.
