I pay $300 AT&T bill every month 10GB data How can i get -1 star ...Rip-off scam this place is bad i got a htc m8 with at&t next i was going to get a htc m9 and i need it to pay 73 $ that was good then they say they keep the phone and i just have to pay the tax on the other phone the htcm9. i ask how can i keep it they tall me that to do that i need it to pay $295 for a broken phone big time scam they did not say nothing about fees frome when u sing up or up grade your account but i was stupid of me to get fk** up by at&t they want you money that all the service is bad no signal for nothing the internet run on 3G no matter where you are i always have 3 bar one my phone my call phone signal drop all the time the only thing there are good for is sending the bill that all ...we are not don my dad got the same phone htc m8 he lost it they gave him a broken one he pay for the insurance every month $10 so they charge him $100 to get it replace if you go over ur data you need to pay 15 $ for every GB you go over u dont end up with nothing at the end of the month.
Don't get at&t is bad with everything you will get stuck with them for life... this place is bad STAY AWAY from this place THEY SALE BROKEN PHONES WON'T LAS A 1 YEAR it won't las a day i learn my lesson the hard way.....

I got a pink-tinted screen Galaxy S6 Edge from Amazon on Monday, and two consecutive replacements since, all pink-tinted. Did my research, by now returned the original phone to Amazon, but it had not arrived there, so my line upgrade from Monday was still active.
After spending this morning calling AT&T and stores to see what my options were, they said "they wont sell you a full price phone there but you can do Next and pay it off next month which is the same thing" - ok fine, as long as it doesnt have the defective display, i want to SEE it and buy it. I called the store, and they had 2 64GB golds in stock.
Me: Will they let me do Next even though the upgrade was used 5 days ago for the phone im returning? "
AT&T: Oh yes, the manager can reverse the upgrade for you there"
I get on the bus 1 hour to the Queens Center AT&T -
Manager takes all of my information, listens to the comprehensive story, sees my pink screen and gives me the usual "we're so sorry you went through this sure ill take care of this for you" and has me wait. I thought for a phone.
10 minutes later: "it looks here like your upgrade was just used.. "
Me; Yes. I literally just told you the entire store about how i used it this Monday but returned the phone:
Manager: I can't do this, call AT&T customer service" I told her I just did an hour ago and they said Yes.
I call AT&T anyway: "We can't do this, ask the manger there she can"
I put them on the phone with each other: "ok no one can do this." '
After 2 hours of pacing phonecalls in the store, I leave and call AT&T to order a full price phone, hopefully with a normal white screen. THE SALES AGENT says to me "oh there are like 4 more lines on your family plan you can use the Next upgrade for with no other changes, just tell them to grab one of those its easy"
Uh.. wut?
I go back into the store and ask another sales agent, why didnt you just tell me i can use another of my lines Next upgrades temporarily so easily?" note: i had never discussed the GB version with him
Agent: "Oh we don't even have those 128GBs in stock" - as in, get the f out.
Me: "im looking for 64GB"
He goes into the back to pretend to check so he can come out and tell me those are sold out too.
By the way, today was the worst allergy day of the year and my face exploded. I did this today with an exploding face.

I ordered iPhone 6 plus from here .... They told me since these are still very new phones there is a wait time and I should get my phones within 2 weeks. But I got my phone only after 1 month... But still that is not my main issue... I went to pick up my new phone and they made me wait for 1 hour 20 mins to just pick up my box... And they were very rude when I ask them about wait time...

A great and friendly place. Avi and his son (Ezra) are always so helpful and really are the only reason why I still stay with AT&T :) They are always available on the phone or in the store and really try their best to give me the best deals and even free accessories at times.
