Astoria Pediatrics

Ill informed and rude staff who don't deliver what was promised. They ignore phone calls and leave you on hold depending on their mood and appear to set as many appointments as they can to fill their pockets instead of caring about the children they are seeing. This is my first time, and it may have gotten better on the next visit, but this will also be my last. Judging from the other reviews, I guess they were better in past years.

Awesome hospital a little waiting time but servicr is amazing

I was a patient my self , than I had my son and my daughter and they are both seen in this office as well, I love their stuff the are very friendly and when I need something I know that I can count on them (the have nice details with kids stickers and songs),
The doctor don't even get me started he is so patience and allways knows exacly what they have, he is very human and nice I really give this doc the thump up, he have done so many things for me and my family that I have no way to thank him.
The only problem that this office has is that its always full so you will have to wait tho be seen ( I guess like all doctors)
THE PROS: Open on Saturdays, Don't need an appointment just walk in, good doctors and stuff.
THE CONS: be prepare to wait , lots of patients
