WARNING : Dr.Hernandez Milagros (UNCARING) is THE WORSE DOCTOR AND HAS THE WORSE STAFFS IN ASTORIA. MY ADVICE TO YOU: NEVER EVER GO THERE OR YOU WILL REGRETTED. I am a pharmacist, I took my mom there. the waiting time was more than 1 HOUR, the doctor barely had time for us. the staffs were rude. she prescribed a VOLTAREN GEL for her osteoarthritis . I told Dr. Hernandez that it's not gonna be covered and it requires Prior Authorization, she said we will get it for you. The prescription has been sitting in the pharmacy since June 8. The staff are very rude and very unprofessional and very uncaring (IOANA, ANNA, STEPHANIE) and never got the prior authorization for my mom. Uncaring doctor and staff like this should be banned from working in health care field.
