I absolutely love ash shoes but I would not recommend going to the ash store to buy shoes. They are extremely unhelpful there and so incredibly rude. I have gone in there many times and purchased 4 pairs of shoes there. Yesterday when bringing a friend in there to purchase shoes we were so rudely not helped, then told that the women working there would not bring out the shoes because they were going to be too small, as well as asked if we were leaving soon because it was closing time. We literally had to argue with the women to bring out shoes for us because she so lazily didnt want to walk downstairs to get them. What the idiot sales women should have recognized was that I myself was wearing shoes from the store and that I had been there only two days prior. It was so unbelievable I really do not think I will ever shop there again. If you want ash shoes I recommend going to Bloomingdales which is just a block away or buy them online.
