While Dr. A is an attentive and kind doctor, his staff and their lack of service and time management turned me off permanently. I visited the office twice and waited over 30 minutes past my appointment each time. At first, I chalked it up to a busy couple of days - we've all been there. On my third visit, I waited almost 40 minutes before asking when I'd be seen. The receptionist rudely said "I don't know - another 10 minutes?" and then said "or you could just reschedule..but he'll be just as busy then too." That was the end of that - I'll never go back. Don't visit this office unless you are willing to wait almost an hour to be seen by rude, dismissive staff. If you make it that far, though, Dr. A is a nice and gentle doctor.
