I've been visiting this place for years. They don't sell the kind of junk you'll find at chain stores. I kind of scoped them out before getting any work done. These guys are serious professionals. I just got my Rhodes piano back from them and it's in better shape than it's ever been in my 25 years owning it. It needed significant work and that costs money. I asked about having just some of the work done to save money, but they said something to the effect of a job worth doing is worth doing right. I'm sure glad I listened. They really hooked me up and I don't think they even charged me for all of the hours it must have taken. Superb professional service.

There is a reason why this place is going out of business. The guitar tech is a grade A a-hole. Impolite, impersonable, pig headed, and egotistical at best.
