Capital One Bank

It was a pretty good experience a lot of customers but due to that fact I was taken care of pretty fast. Other than that I have to wait
Till I go a couple of times or more before I can give any other
Reviews good or bad. Next time maybe 5 stars.

Worse bank ever espically this particular location, the employees are always late the tellers are slow the bank never open on time but it's always locked at 5:50 pm

Worst bank ever.. you wait 45 minutes to wait 45 minutes.. do not go.. switch banks!

Capital one decided to randomly drop my withdraw limit without telling me. I called and called. Finally they say "only a branch manager can tell you why this happened" I said " OK can I speak to her" they say " she stepped out". I left my number so she could call me back when ever she got back in. I noticed it was getting close to their closing time so I called back again and asked to speak to the bank manager. The Rep said "she's on vacation can I help?" With a stink attitude by the way. I told her That I just called And the other lady told me that She stepped out. She replied "the bank manager is on vacation " again with a very bad attitude. I'm sitting here thinking, this is the bank I chose to keep my money safe? The same bank that cut my daily spending limit to less that half randomly and no one seems to be able to tell me why. After this is closed my account t and went to chase. Capital one officially sucks!
