I was referred to Debbie for a candida clearing session. Debbie is great! She's thorough, takes her time and explains everything. The session involved using the BIE technology and then following it up with a couple of supplements and a special 15 day diet. Typically it takes 6 months on a traditional candida diet to see results so Debbie's 2 week program was a real blessing and very doable. I felt significantly better afterwards. I will continue to work with Debbie to improve my dairy and mold issues. Highly recommend stopping in and giving this a try.

Great experience at Allergy Free and More! My vitamin D was extremely low and within a few weeks I shot up from a 9 to a 20 on my blood tests!

Allergy Free & More has been very helpful for me. The approach is very different than traditional allergy treatments and doesn't involve painful shots. I found that concepts behind the treatments make a lot of sense, and the effectiveness was better than other things I have tried. Debbie Tokarski is an excellent practitioner, willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommended!
