Horrible customer service! I've been dealing with medical center for several years and today I am officially finding a new office because of the terrible and rude treatment from the secretarial department.

Completely unprofessional! Called to make an appointment at 10am. They said only available was at 5:45 pm, so I said I would take it. I had never been there before, so they asked for name and date of birth, then, they just hung up on me. I called back immediately and asked what happened and wanted to make sure that I was set with my appointment and they said, "oh, sorry, the power went out. Yes, you are confirmed for 5:45." Got there at 5:40 and the nurse at the counter did not even look up from the desk when I approached, just asked for my name. I gave it to her and she said to have a seat. 5 minutes later she called me up to the desk and claimed that there was no appointment for me. Told me that I could wait until 7 (when they close) and if there were any cancellations or no shows, I could be seen by the dr. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable in my book! At first I thought that maybe I went to the wrong place, but I pulled out my phone and confirmed the number with her. You would think that they would accommodate me regardless considering it was clearly their error, not to mention the fact that I was practically coughing up a lung on her. Never going there again and I warn anyone else who is considering it, not to. Go to the one in Waldwick!

Don't let the name fool you! THIS IS NOT AN URGENT CARE CLINIC!!! I walked in expecting that it was still an urgent care clinic, but it is not. Find somewhere else to go when you need medical care but not the ER.
