All Star Baby Safety

The guys at All Star Baby Safety are by far the most professional, thorough, safety conscience, personable, and just all around great guys to have work with us. They went over every aspect of the job with us, were not afraid to explain anything we were curious about. They are very clean and even helped me with a few other things around the house. I highly recommend these guys for anything pertaining to child safety. Top notch service and professionalism at every turn!

I will happily provide you with the truth as to why we refused to serve this client. To get a more accurate representation of our company, please do a bit more searching. I never answer surveys or write reviews but felt I needed to do so to recommend All Star Baby Safety and Tom Treanor to anyone inquiring. My granddaughter started to walk much sooner than anyone expected and my place was a hazard. Tom came in within days of my initial call. He gave me a complete estimate in writing the next day and was out within the week and did a superior job. Not only did he explain many hazards I didn't see but he made suggestions as to movement of furniture to save me money and was very conscious about providing the best service at the most reasonable price. They were quick, the work was excellent and my place is safe for my baby girl !!!!

The quality of work no doubt looks very professional. Unfortunately, I never got to that point. Thomas was almost an hour late to our appointment and when I suggested that I shouldn't be charged the full price of the assessment, he got upset and practically walked out of the building mid-sentence. He was apologetic for being late and provided a professional assessment for our home. However, when I told him I was ready to move forward with an install, he responded cryptically that he "suddenly got busy and wouldn't have time to do it for at least a month". Look, we all get flustered but moms are really busy and we don't have time for unprofessional emotional responses and poor customer service. I just wanted to share my disappointing experience to provide a head's up to other moms.

All Star Baby Safety was simply lovely. They were nice, and professional and I feel so much safer. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
